Wholesale Shipping Rates

Freight and Insurance

  • Our price list does not include freight charges or insurance.  Freight will be added once your order been picked, packed and QA’ed and insurance is available upon request.
  • We usually use a courier or Australia Post for deliveries depending on expected delivery times and cost.
  • Please do not accept parcels that are squashed or holed or bear any signs of damage unless such damage is recorded on the delivery docket. Please call us immediately if there is any damage to the shipped goods.
  • Please advise us of the arrangements you would like to make if you are not likely to be at the delivery address during the working day. If the driver is unable to deliver because no one is home an extra delivery charge might be levied.

Bulk Orders and Specials

  • We routinely offer specials, and bulk orders at discounted prices. Please visit our website for current specials.
  • No minimum order applies, however an $8 handling charge applies to orders under $100 (excluding freight)

Returns and Refunds

  • Please choose carefully as products are NOT refundable.
  • Exchange is ONLY offered on product that is sealed AND deemed ‘unopened’ by NAS Cosmetics.
  • If for any reason you wish to return goods then ensure you contact us within 48 hours of receipt of product to discuss the options.  If the return of a product is authorised, the product must be returned within 7 days in person into store or within 14 days by post.  Product must be unused, in its original packaging and seal deemed intact, together with your order ID for reference purposes. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Samples and gift certificates are NOT refundable.
